Frequently asked questions about classes
What do I need to bring?
A friend. JK, unless you want to. Classes and private classes are always the more the merrier.
We bring all the supplies you can think of for making the project (we have lots of teachable products). We bring gloves, tools, and all the goodies. It's probably wise to not wear your most expensive outfit. But we can always bring aprons at request.
You leave with the finished product. We just ask that you return any tools or unused hard goods to the bins they came from. You're always welcome to keep the extra flowers.
What happens if I can't make it?
We're happy to refund. Make the item for you and deliver. Or book you for a new class. You're more than welcome to gift your ticket to a friend, just let us know at contact@fromthegroundupfloral.com.
The above rules may not apply if the class is at a hosted venue that is selling the tickets. They would be the authority on the ticket sales. Please check their website or inquire with them.
Are drinks included?
The drinks and inclusions in the ticketed price will vary per class. Please check the ticket info.
If this is a private class, From the Ground Up Floral does not supply any drinks or alcohol. As the host, you would be responsible.
Do you travel to provide these classes?
Absolutely! We are game to travel for you. Let us know where you're thinking when you inquire.
